Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your email box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect emails from one e-mailbox account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and protect your mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the mail account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
